Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Auto Compressor World website (the "Service") operated by Auto Compressor World ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Products and Services
Auto Compressor World sells automotive A/C compressors and other A/C parts including condensers, evaporators, driers, expansions, kits, oil, hoses, and seal kits. All products are sold under the TCW brand in different conditions including Used, New, Remanufactured, New OEM, Valeo, and Denso.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or other content on the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Ordering and Acceptance
When you place an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
After you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email confirmation will be produced automatically and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted and a contract formed when we ship the products to you and send you a shipping confirmation email.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes or shipping costs, which are added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on our Service at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified at checkout. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide in connection with any order.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Returns and Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at (800) 804-5720 or support@autocompressorworld.com. All returns must be authorized and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Warranty
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and coverage vary by product and are specified on the product page. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auto Compressor World and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Auto Compressor World.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Auto Compressor World, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
